May saw the beginning of the traditional soup lunches. Wicking Bed plus the Coburg Food Swap The new veggie bed was seeded, it previously had the green squash in it over summer. The ivy was again cut back to allow for another vine to be planted there in the future, veggies were weeded. Trenches were dug.  FREE Workshop Series Composting - Saturday 20th February: Worms ahoy! Learn how to make good compost! What a transformation in just one month! Phil has painted and done some maintenance on the shed, replacing the flashing and removing the old guttering. In only a few short hours, the Glenroy Community Garden has begun to take shape! Our first official working bee on November 22nd was rained out so instead we took our lunch and enthusiasm up to the Merri Community Health Services site in Glenroy and started chatting about how this garden may take shape.  There were 12 of us there that first rainy day and the group decided they would go back...
